Terry Abell is the President and founder of Harvest Wealth Advisors and specializes in providing real options for individuals, families, retirees, and small business owners so all may pursue their financial and most meaningful life goals.
While some Advisors focus on selling products Mr. Abell has always focused on strategies and solutions, specifically customizing financial plans to suit each one of his client's individual needs. He offers each client a professional and independent assessment of their specific situation. He also takes the time to educate his clients so clients can make better informed decisions regarding their personal situations.
Mr. Abell does not sell a specific product nor does he have a personal interest in any one financial institution. His only agenda is to empower clients to take charge of their finances so they may accumulate, maintain, and distribute their wealth from generation to generation without State, Federal, or Family interference.
Prior to becoming a financial advisor Mr. Abell served in the United States Marine Corps. After serving his tour of duty he returned home to the small rural community of Basehor Ks. He subsequently enrolled in the Mid- Management program at KCKCC College, finishing his management and business studies at Almeda University Boise, Idaho.
From 1986 to 1996 Mr. Abell was an Insurance fraud investigator investigating and uncovering insurance fraud in Los Angeles, CA. Transitioning to the financial services industry he was recruited by Trilogy Financial Services to help build and develop a Trilogy Financial Services Branch office in San Diego, CA.
He spent over a decade as a Managing Partner with Trilogy Financial Services developing his own practice and training financial advisors how to use an educational approach with their clients verses a sales approach.
Mr. Abell continues to see and service clients in Kansas, San Diego, Missouri, Colorado, Arizona and North Carolina.
When not helping others Mr. Abell loves to play golf, fish, and cook for friends and family. He is also a strong believer in charitable giving and currently supports the Disabled American Veterans, Vietnam Veterans of America, Brite Pink and Smile Network International.
